HawkLab Studio provides web design, search engine optimization, AI automation, and bot licensing services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding balances.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, software) remain subject to their respective terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and assets as needed. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content and business information provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
HawkLab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
